 Doug's 2010 Summer Promotion Rules and Regulations
1. Contest is open to all residents aged 18 and over with the exception of employees and independent contractors of Resource Real Estate Services Inc.-their affiliates, representatives, agents and families.
2. Contest is from June 1, 2010 through August 31, 2010.
3. To enter the Summer Promotion Contest:
simply have your referral tell Doug at first contact that they were referred by you or you may register your referral by calling Doug at 214.944.1300. Once your referral has hired our company to represent them, a Gift Card of Gratitude will be sent to you and your name entered into the drawing.
or a new client needs to hire Resource Real Estate Services Inc., Doug Wingfield, to help them buy, sell or lease a house, condo, townhome or apartment.
4. A “Qualified Referral” is: buyers ,sellers or renters who are ready, willing and able to buy, sell or lease a residential dwelling (house, townhome, condo or apartment) within 3 months of the referral. The referral must sign a Buyer’s Representation Agreement or Exclusive Listing Agreement with Doug Wingfield of Resource Real Estate Services Inc. and agree to work solely with Doug during their real estate transaction.
5. Each qualified referral is an entry to the Contest and you will receive a $25 Gift Card of Gratitude.
6. Odds of winning depend on the number of referrals received and number of new clients to our company. Prizes are: Netbook computer with a retail value of approximately $300, a Flip Camcorder with a retail value of approximately $155 and a $75 gift card to Northpark Center.
Contest winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Resource Real Estate Services Inc. selection of a contest winner and any other decision regarding this contest is final.
Drawing will be on or about September 1, 2010.
7. Winner will be notified by a phone call and will be required to acknowledge eligibility and acceptance of Official Rules and Regulations.
8. Prize is non-transferrable and is subject to all federal, state and local taxes, laws, rules and regulations. All taxes and fees on prize won are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Upon entry, contestants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations, including the condition that Resource Real Estate Services Inc., their affiliates, clients, agents, representatives and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any damages, injuries or losses resulting from participation in this contest. The laws of Texas shall govern the contest. Void where prohibited by law.
10. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Resource Real Estate Services Inc. to use winner’s name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Each winner further grants Resource Real Estate Services Inc. and its agents the right to use and publish their identity and city online and in print, or any other media, in connection with this Promotion.
